Our Catering Menus

Thompson Catering offers an array of upscale disposable plates and cutlery for your event.

The cost per person for a tableware set is $2.50. A tableware set includes an upscale salad plate, dinner plate, utensil set, napkin, and cup.

Clear plastic cups for open bar catering are $1 per person.

Prices include silver chafing dishes and serving utensils. We use high-quality scrollware disposables.

Thompson Catering will manage the entire event, including setup, serving, and cleanup of our area. Uniformed staff on duty.

Please note: our catering menu pricing does not include service staff. The type of menu and style of service will determine the exact staffing requirements. All staffing is based upon 5 hours of service, 2 hours for set up, 2 hours for the event, and 1 hour for clean-up.

Servers/station attendants and non-alcoholic beverage attendants are $125 each. Bartenders are $200 each.

Chefs & carvers are $150 each.

Prices provided do not include our 18% service charge and the 6% Kentucky sales tax. We do not charge gratuity. Service charges cover all company expenses, including all office, sales, and ordering personnel actions, insurance, loading, unloading, set up, and equipment clean up.

Travel fees may apply.

As an experienced Kentucky catering company, Thompson Catering is prepared to provide your ideal menu wherever your special event will take place. We service cities in Kentucky like Lexington, Louisville, and Winchester.
