Our Catering Menus

Our catering menus reflect our varying culinary expertise, bringing together family recipes and regional favorites. We can help you design a menu that’s inclusive and fits the needs of all your guests. From exquisite to economical, dressed up or dressed down, we don’t compromise on quality or choice. Thompson catering can provide an array of upscale disposable plates and cutlery for your event. The cost per person for an upscale salad plate, dinner plate, utensils, napkin and cup is $2.50. Clear plastic cups for your bar are $1 per person.


Please Note: Catering menu pricing does not include service staff. The type of menu and style of service will determine the exact staffing requirements. All staffing is based upon 5 hours of service, 2 hours for set up, 2 hours for the event and 1 hour for clean up. Servers/station attendants/non-alcoholic beverage attendants are$125 each. Bartenders- $200 each. Chefs & carvers are $150.

Prices include silver chaffing dishes and serving utensils. We use high quality scrollware disposables. Thompson’s will manage entire event, including setup, serving, and cleanup of our area. Uniformed staff on duty.

Prices do not include 18% service charge and 6% KY sales tax. We do not charge gratuity. Service charge covers all company expenses including all office, sales and ordering personnel actions, insurance, loading, unloading, set up and equipment clean up.
