Thompson’s Catering and Special Events will make sure you select the correct size tent(s) for your event, ensuring your celebration or event runs as smoothly as possible.
Please note: All of our pricing is based on standard-type installation on grass. An additional charge for installation on decks, patios and driveways will apply. An additional charge may also apply if site requires extra labor due to terrain or distance from parking.
Below are some general guidelines to follow when looking for a tent:
• Stand-up Cocktail Reception- allow 5 to 6 square feet per guest
• Buffet or Dinner with seating for 8 people per table- 10 square feet per guest
• Cathedral seating (rows set up like pews)- allow 5 to 6 square feet per guest
